The Leadership Program

TLP is a 9-month program that attracts outstanding first-time and future Startup CEOs in their mid-20s to mid-30s from diverse backgrounds with a history of achievement or expertise, and the potential to be a successful startup CEO. Through hands-on workshops, ideation sessions, and intimate speaker series, and one-on-one mentoring, the Fellows learn the hard and soft skills of entrepreneurship: reading a term sheet, preparing business plans, crafting elevator pitches and investor presentations, the critical skills of networking, negotiations, managing investors, boards and leading team members. The Leadership Program (TLP) was founded in 2006 by Anupendra Sharma (Partner, Siemens Venture Capital) and Puran Dang (Founder, Minuteman Group)
