How to apply?

You can apply to the Startup Leadership Program Class of 2013 in five languages. Please note that the applications are now CLOSED in the USA, UK and Taiwan. The application ONLY remains open in Australia, China, France, India, Israel and Russia. In case you apply to the CLOSED chapters, we may not be able to review your application.

We take the admissions process very very seriously. Our admissions team consists of our Fellows who read these applications - for the class of 2012, 160 Fellows were involved in deciding whom to admit. Our Fellows will score these applications, meet you, and determine whether you are a fit for the program based on a few key criteria. Unlike incubators, we do not judge the quality of your startup. Instead we focus on your caliber, leadership, passion for entrepreneurship, willingness to be an active member of the community, and cultural fit with our values. Our admit rate for cities where SLP has been around for at least one year is approximately 30%. Last year for 280 admits, we had approximately 900 applications; in Silicon Valley it was the lowest at approximately 15%.

You can see the application for the Class of 2013 here. It takes 20 minutes to fill out the application; some Fellows have taken over an hour to get it right. However, should you choose to apply in a different language, you may apply in French, Russian, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese.
