Adi Zellner, CTO, Roomer


Adi Zellner is the CTO of Roomer, the marketplace for travel.Prior to Roomer, she worked as program manager at Magshimim. She also served in the Israel Defense Forces as Telecommunication Team Leader. Adi holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering from Ben Gurion University. She is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.


Amir Alrod, Founder, reMEMBERship


Amir Alrod is the founder of reMEMBERship, a solution that helps businesses and their loyal customers to interact and communicate efficiently and conveniently as well as gain new customers. Prior to reMEMBERship, he worked at Comverse as director of product management. Amir has also worked at NICE Systems in product management, strategic business development and R&D roles. He is an expert in product definition and strategy. He holds an MBA from the IDC and an B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Tel-Aviv university. Amir is passionate about solving the challenges of the SMB market. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Amos Stern, Security architect, Elbit Systems


Amos Stern is the CEO and Founder of VMI Labs, a solution for enhancing cloud security by leveraging virtualization technologies. Amos works at Elbit Systems as Cyber Systems Security Architect in the Cyber and Intelligence Division where he is in charge of designing the security aspects of large scale cyber projects worldwide. Amos also served as Network and Information Security Department Leader in one of I.D.F's elite technology units after serving in various other technological positions in different areas of IT infrastructure. Amos is a graduate of the prestigious I.D.F computer science faculty, aka Mamram, he holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Gil Margulis, CEO and Co-Founder, QuikBreak


Gil Margulis has been a serial entrepreneur for over 20 years. He is currently co-founder and CEO of QuikBreak, a Mobile Application and platform which enables Brands to directly reach mobile video viewers without ads. Before moving to Tel Aviv from New York, Gil was co-founder of TheWebisodes, a guide and portal to the best webshows. TheWebisodes was awarded in the Hollywood Film Festival Net Awards for Best Video Web Destination. Prior to this, Gil and his brother founded and ran a US non-profit - Friends of Israel Firefighters - that raised $10 million to purchase 100 new firetrucks for Israel. Gil is also an award-winning photographer, a former journalist, and radio DJ. In addition, Gil is a documentary film-maker whose latest work about music from late 1960's is being distributed internationally by the same company that distributes videos of The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, and Led Zeppelin. Gil graduated from Rutgers University with Honors and is a 2013 Fellow in the Tel Aviv Startup Leadership Program.


Guy Gaash, CEO, shopnfly


Guy Gaash is the CEO & Co-Founder of shopnfly, the first platform to enable global travelers to make informed purchasing decisions by comparing an item's price across Duty Free and local stores around the world, highlighting the best deals to save money and time when traveling and shopping internationally. Prior to shopnfly, he worked at d.co.il (Yellow Pages Israel), where he was the Online Platform manager. Guy Gaash has also worked at Odysii, Amadesa and was also the co-founder of WishMash and Mad Rice Style. He is an expert in management strategy, leadership and entrepreneurship. Guy has a vast experience in the online industry, in both large software corporations and startup companies. Guy was awarded 4 "Merit for Efficiency Suggestion" certificates by the CEO of Zap Group. He holds a B.A in Computer Science & Management, Open University and MBA in Global Strategy & Marketing, IDC (part of the Wharton GCP program). Guy Gaash is passionate about solving the challenge of saving money and time when traveling and shopping internationally. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Harel Gradu, Project Manager


After finishing his B.Sc degree in computer science (with honor) from the Technion Harel started working in the military industry as an embedded real time developer. Part of his many responsibilities at his job, Harel led many interesting projects in the light weaponry computerized systems. Harel was in-charge on the technical side of the projects and was also a customer's point of contact leading integration worldwide. After doing countless board bring ups and working with various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, VxWorks etc' Harel did some hardcore kernel development and also dived into the complex world of communication protocols. After mastering the area of real time embedded systems, Harel progressed to the cyber and intelligence division in his company. Harel is now doing research and development for intelligence systems and also leading classified and super interesting projects in the cyber security area. Harel is passionate about Bringing solutions that will help to make our life easier. He is 2013 fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Iris Tsidon, CEO and Co-Founder, EMaaS


Iris Tsidon is the co-founder of EMaaS, a SaaS based Management by Objectives Platform for SMBs. EMaaS is Effective Management as a Service. It is exactly as it sounds: we provide a platform that allows managers to do their work more effectively. We give CEOs tools to better manage their operation and team, and to focus and execute their plan for the growth of the company. Prior to EMaaS, Iris worked at Ness Technologies, where she served as VP Division Manager of BI. She has also worked at Gilon BI where she held the position of COO and served as VP HR at several large industrial companies. Iris is an expert in organizational processes and change management and is a highly experienced executive manager. Iris holds an MS.c. degree in Behavioral and Management Sciences from the Technion Institute and participated in Executive Management Training programs in INSEAD and Leadership Program in IDC. Iris is passionate about applying tools driving executives to success on a large scale. She is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Jacob Dvir, CTO, VideoDubber


Jacob Dvir is a Co-Founder and a Blade Runner (CTO, Code God, Master Geek) of VideoDubber, the world's first free video player that automatically dubs videos to the user's own language. After graduating from MAMRAM and serving his time in the Israeli army, Jacob worked and led R&D teams in successfll startups like 5min.com, Unipier, Peldec, Wally Technologies, Zon Networks and more. Jacob is a Results-driven software manager, with over 15 years of high performance experience in the Internet , Mobile and Software industries. He's a strong team builder who effectively defines goals, communicates direction, commits people to action, leads and motivates employees to best utilize their potential and measures results. Jacob has a deep technical background in Java, Microsoft, Cloud, Mobile and Desktops environments. He's accustomed to start-up environment, working under pressure and in situations of uncertainty. Jacob has effective communication skills - communicate and translate technical matters in a non-technical manner to individuals at all levels from upper management to administrative. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.


Matti Davis, Founder


Matti Davis is VP R&D at Biomas, a pharmaceutical company developing novel drugs for cancer and inflammation. Prior to Biomas, he built and managed Fusimab, a company developing biologic therapeutics. He has also worked at Genetech and Oncomed Pharmaceuticals in California where he managed and developed novel R&D platforms from conceptualization to implementation. While in CA he became a mountain bike enthusiast and continues to pedal avidly in Israel today. In the IDF he was an intelligence officer where he trained and led teams in the planning and execution of various complex projects. He is an expert in cancer biology and drug development. Matti was awarded both Clore and Wolf prizes of excellence for PhD students. He holds a PhD degree in Cellular and Molecular biology and a master's degree in Microbiology from Hebrew University. Matti is passionate about creating solutions for patients with unmet medical needs. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel aviv.


Maya Gal, Co-Founder, EMaaS


Maya Gal is the co-founder of EMaaS, a SaaS based Management by Objectives Platform for SMBs. EMaaS is Effective Management as a Service. It is exactly as it sounds: we provide a platform that allows managers to do their work more effectively. We give CEOs tools to better manage their operation and team, and to focus and execute their plan for the growth of the company. Prior to EMaaS, Maya worked at Ness Technologies as Project & Consulting Division Manager. She has also worked as Founder & CTO Hi Teach and as R&D Manager at Microsoft and at Amdocs. Maya is an expert in performance management and the interaction of managers with data and is a highly experienced executive manager. Maya holds a BS.c. degree in industrial engineering from the Tel-Aviv University and participated in Executive Management Training program in IDC. Meirav Har Noy is the CEO of Iris Ventures. Prior to Iris Ventures, she worked as Director of Investments at Tamares Capital. Before Tamares, she was the Director of BDO-I2I. She was also the Principal of BlueRun Ventures and Principal of Apax Partners. Prior to that, Meirav was Strategic Investment Manager with Intel Capital. She holds MBA degrees from Bar-Ilan University and Ben Gurion University. Meirav is the Program Leader of the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.


Michael Kalika


Michael Kalika is the founder of Ekkli, a visual and interactive decision making tool that brings structure, clarity and effectiveness to large scale discussions. He works at Hewlett-Packard as Business Intelligence Project Manager, where he and his team design and manage development of the new generation analytics and decision support solution for a global business unit. Prior to Hewlett-Packard, Michael worked for Internet Gold and MSN Israel where in 6 months he designed and developed a local MSN Communities social network with over 150,000 registered users. Michael's specialization is web and mobile technologies and along with his technical skills, Michael is also certified Project Management Professional (PMP) experienced in management of many cross regional software development projects. Throughout his career Michael held various positions such as software engineer, architect, development team leader, program manager and it has been his goal to enable teams achieving high levels of productivity and create breakthrough products for happy customers. He holds an MBA degree from the College of Management in Rishon Le-Tzion and B.Sc in Computer Science. Michael is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.


Mickey Balter, CEO, Veloquity Systems


Mickey Balter is the CEO of Veloquity Systems which is active in the high performance financial computing field. In Veloquity he is taking all the knowledge he has gained in 10 years in order to build the next big thing in this market. He is also the Co-founder and CEO of Fabula, an interactive social betting game on sport events, which is mainly inspired by the stock market. He is also the Co-founder of Roomies, iPhone & Facebook utility app that helps roommates manage their shared expenses in an easy and interactive way. Previously, he worked with G.H.F Capital as a Day trader in future contract on EuroDollar & Euribor markets. He was Production manager (2005-2011) of a yearly international under water photo competition, held in Eilat (Israel) every year with awards worth than 80,000$. He has also served in Military in a special air force unit. At the end of the mandatory service he stayed for another seven months in his role as a team sergeant. Mickey volunteered as a Physical counselor in the non-profit organization Haharai, that prepare youth for the IDF. Mickey holds a bachelor's degree from Technion IIT and an MBA degree from Tel-Aviv University. He is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.


Nir Montag, Product Manager, Fabula


Nir Montag is the co-founder of Fabula, an interactive social betting game on sport events. Fabula engages users throughout the match, enabling them to take an active part throughout the sport event from every mobile platform. Nir is leading the system & product design from the technical aspect, and building the system from the ground up. Nir's previous venture, which is live and kicking is Roomies - an iPhone & Facebook app that helps roommates manage their shared expenses. Nir holds a double degree from the Technion - B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management and a B.A. in Economics and Management (participated in a program for outstanding students). His main motivation as an entrepreneur is to bring technology and inspiration together, and deliver innovative products to people's lives. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv in 2013.


Ofer Sadka, CEO - Founder, solV


Ofer Sadka is the CEO and founder of solV, a startup company focusing on providing an automatic solar rooftop estimation service . Prior to solV, he worked at XTR3D, where he held several senior executive positions, including CTO and VP Customers. Ofer has also worked at NESS TSG, Tiltan SE and RAFAEL. He holds a B.Sc in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and MBA from Tel Aviv University. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.


Ohad Rozen, CEO and Co-Founder, Animo


Ohad Rozen is the CEO and Co-founder of Toonimo, a solution for landing pages and other websites for significantly increasing their conversion rate. Prior to Toonimo, he worked at Wilocity as a senior algorithm and system engineer. During his period at Wilocity, Ohad wrote a patent of HW implementation of Golay sequence for high-frequency sampling rate, as well as a part of the WiGig spec, used by Intel, Apple and many more. He is an expert in DSP and wireless communication algorithms. He holds M.Sc. and B.Sc. (finished with honors) in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Guryon university, finished the first in his faculty, after winning the Rector's award for distinguished excellence and the Dean's excellence mark. Ohad is a fan of ski, scuba-diving, and any other extreme sports. He is passionate about creating a better user experience for websites, and making the internet more friendly. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Omer Rachamim, CEO and Founder, Kongranet


Omer Rachamim is the founder of KejeK, a web platform that enables companies to easily promote themselves online using smart giveaways to influential people. Prior to the foundation of KejeK he worked at MATOMY media, where he had conducted and administered the commerce of online media while mastering the elaborate world of online advertising - Some think he has become an addict to the field. He is passionate about solving the trillion dollar question - How to make online advertising work for all? He holds degrees in economics and business administration from Tel-Aviv University and is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Ophir Gadot, CEO and Founder, Q For Search


Ophir Gadot is the Founder and the CEO of Q For Search Ltd, Q4Search App provides an instant search access from any document platform to web search in one click, while using a practical and time-saving experience. Prior to Q For Search Ltd., Ophir worked at Zellermayer, Pelossof & Co, one of the prominent law firms in Israel, where he gained experience in the corporate department and was involved in the acquisition agreements of Bezeq and Psagot. Ophir Gadot holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Haifa. Ophir is a fan of Paul Pierce (NBA basketball superstar) for his tremendous believe in his skills & teammates and because of his ability to overcome pressure. Ophir Gadot is passionate about solving the problem of peace in the Middle East, though he is pessimistic that peace in the Middle East is sustainable in our time. Ophir is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.


Ronen Rosenblatt, COO, MeetingAngels


Ronen Rosenblatt is the CEO and Co-founder of IntroWiz- the marketplace for business introduction meetings. Prior to IntroWiz, he worked at Commtouch(CTCH), as VP R&D. Ronen has also worked at Nice System(NICE) as VP R&D, Gigaspaces and Xacct. He is an expert in top management engineering, R&D leadership and entrepreneurship. Ronen has a vast experience as executive in both early stage and in public companies. He holds a degree in MBA and B.Sc. from Tel-Aviv University. Ronen is passionate about solving the problem of doing business globally. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Roy Peleg, Founder, AppendAd


Roy Peleg is the founder and CEO of AppendAd, a revolutionary platform which creates new and engaging ad placements for publishers while allowing advertisers to eliminate banner blindness. Prior to AppendAd, he was Chief Product Officer at TopicBay, the content marketplace, where he designed and built the company's services and products. Roy has also worked at The Nation Traffic, Israel's largest online marketing and operations agency, where he was responsible for the company's SEO activities in the UK, Russia and the Netherlands, and led teams in Israel and the Philippines. He was a Web Dev Team Leader at Interlogic, and provided various technical solutions for managing large-scale website networks and ad serving. Prior to Interlogic, Roy was an IT Manager at Quintiles Transnational. Roy is passionate about tackling technological challenges and believes there isn't a problem without a solution. He is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Shai Spetgang, CEO, RidesApp


Shai Spetgang is a project developer and project manager in the CleanTech space. Shai has developed large-scale PV farms internationally and managed the design, build, own and operations of projects in Canada totaling 56 MW of co/tri-generation energy production. Shai has participated in Distributed Energy Generation projects and Demand Response programs. Shai has managed the Ontario Environment Industry Association, interacting with over 500 companies in Ontario and around the world. Shai has written government grants for CleanTech companies. Shai, at the request of the Canadian Government, has advised the Government of Indonesia on the development of their environment industry. Shai has served as Executive Director of the Canadian Environmental Markets Association whose objective is to inform the Canadian business community of Clean Development Mechanisms (CMD) related opportunities. Shai possesses a Bachelor's of Environmental Studies Honors degree from York University.Shai's latest venture is RidesApp - an iPhone, Android and website that helps people all over the world carpool. He is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.


Shay Livnat, Founder, Dirot7


Shay Livnat is the founder of Dirot7, real estate system for agents. He also foundedWedlee, providing mobiles interactions in weddings. He also works at eWave as search technologies manager where he is FAST Microsoft regional director. Prior to eWave, he worked as FAST product manager at One1. He has also worked at Clalit health services as .net developer and as QA at ClickSoftware.Shay holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems from Universitat Ben Gurion Ba-Negev. He is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.


Shushu Inbar, CEO and Founder, Mobile4Social.com


Shushu Inbar is the founder and CEO of Mobile4Social.com, a bootstrap startup that brings the mobile smartphone applications to the masses, allowing SMBs to create applications for their own needs. Prior to Mobile4Social.com, he worked as a leading open source freelancer in multiple technology companies around the globe. Shushu is an autodidact, who managed to fulfill management and technical positions in several leading companies such as Checkpoint Software Technologies. He is passionate about solving day-to-day tasks using technology, and truly believes in open source software as the solution for many problems. Among other things, Shushu lives in the deepest place in the world, near the shores of the Dead Sea, where he raise 300 Majoul date trees (and 3 daughters). He is 2013 Fellow in Tel Aviv Startup Leadership Program.


Yair Ilan, Founder and CEO, Tipulog


Yair Ilan is the founder of Tipulog , an on line notes management SaaS application for therapy related fields. He is also the CEO and founder of Riklama Business Solutions ltd. , a management consulting company for SMBs. Yair Ilan, is an industrial engineer and an alumnus of the ACC Tirza Granot copywriting and advertising college in Tel Aviv.In the past Yair was a partner CEO in the "Parking Studio" advertising agency in Jerusalem. Following this, he worked as an industrial engineer in "Applied Materials" and as a consultant and project manager at ROI - Management Consulting Yair is a certified small and medium businesses consultant in the framework of the various business development centers ( MATI ), a certified consultant for the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption, a business consultant at "Israel Business Connection" project of the Jewish Agency ( with The Council of Immigrant Associations, ) and a member of the Israel Business Consultants Association. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Yaniv Nissenboim, VP Products and Co-Founder, Veloquity Systems


Yaniv Nissenboim is the VP Products and Co-Founder of Veloquity Systems, which brings the first Configurable High Performance Financial Computing platform, tackling financial high performance applications needs with a new breed of hardware processing. Prior to Veloquity Systems, he worked at Broadcom, as Chip Design Engineer, taking part in designing the world's largest commercial ASIC - a high end Traffic Management device with groundbreaking performance levels. Yaniv has also worked at CIGOL Digital Systems, Intel, MOD and an elite R&D unit in the IDF . He is an expert in VLSI product definition and management, with hands-on experience in taking a concept into a working product. Yaniv was awarded for Outstanding Project Award from the IDF. He holds a Magna Cum-Laude B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. Yaniv is passionate about solving problems which need high performance solutions and understanding the customers needs in advance. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv chapter.


Yoav Pilosof, CEO and Co-Founder, Fabula


Yoav Pilosof is the Co-founder of Fabula gaming Ltd. - a platform for interactive social games, in which users can place bets on sport events, using virtual money. Fabula had developed a unique betting technique that offers users to take an active part throughout the live sport event from every mobile platform. Yoav is also the co-founder of Roomies - an iPhone & Facebook app that helps roommates manage their shared expenses of the apartment. www.roomies.mobi Prior to the entrepreneurship, Yoav worked at GHF Capital, for almost 2.5 years as a day trader in Eurodollar and Euribor future contracts exchange markets. Yoav has also worked at Tamir-Fishman investment house at the employee's options department. He holds a B.A degree in management with specialization in Finance & Accounting from Ben Gurion University and he's 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program, Tel-Aviv.


Yossi Glazer, Co-Founder, Odysseus


Yossi Glazer joined Odysseus in mid 2012 as a Co-Founder & Co-CEO bringing expertise in grand scale software engineering and development, in both technical and managerial capacities. Yossi is responsible for product development & strategy of the Spice applications suite. Yossi also leads business and marketing operations. Previously Yossi held senior management and development positions at the Microsoft division of Advantech (ADVT in the Israeli stock market) and at the Microsoft Technology Center in Israel, where he led large software development projects and new business initiatives. Yossi also served as CTO and Integrator at one of I.D.F elite technology units, responsible for advanced C4I systems development (as a graduate of the prestigious I.D.F computer science faculty, aka Mamram). Yossi holds a L.L.B. in Law, and is a certified Advocate by the Israeli-Bar Association. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.


Zohar Ayalon, Team member, Ruachtova


Zohar Ayalon is a team member at Ruachtova. At Ruachtova he helped design the role of team manager, established the way in which they serve people who wish to find a place to volunteer in Israel, built a training program for their professional team and designed a future CRM that wouldhopefully raise the level of services they provide.He is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.
