After finishing his b.sc degree in computer science (with honor) from the Technion Harel started working in the military industry as an embedded real time developer. Part of his many responsibilities at his job, Harel led many interesting projects in the light weaponry computerized systems. Harel was in-charge on the technical side of the projects and was also a customer's point of contact leading integration worldwide. After doing countless board bring ups and working with various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, VxWorks etc' Harel did some hardcore kernel development and also dived into the complex world of communication protocols. After mastering the area of real time embedded systems, Harel progressed to the cyber and intelligence division in his company. Harel is now doing research and development for intelligence systems and also leading classified and super interesting projects in the cyber security area. Harel is passionate about Bringing solutions that will help to make our life easier. He is 2013 fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel-Aviv.

Limor Shilony-Nalaboff is the founder of Meetwize, a one-touch app that flips the stress of running late into a rewarding experience for everyone. Prior to Meetwize, she owned and managed her own interior design firm, where she created gorgeous living spaces and ultra-chic work environments, featured in multiple professional publications. Limor has also worked at Fundtech and Comverse, where she specialized in user interface programming. She is an expert at understanding her target audiences and creating credible user experiences for them. Limor has often been recognized for her personal and professional commitment to everything she does. She holds an MSc in Management Information Systems from Baruch College and is a certified User Experience designer. Limor is a huge fan of TED and is passionate about improving how we communicate. Mickey Balter is the CEO of Veloquity Systems which is active in the high performance financial computing field. In Veloquity he is taking all the knowledge he has gained in 10 years in order to build the next big thing in this market. He is also the Co-founder and CEO of Fabula, an interactive social betting game on sport events, which is mainly inspired by the stock market. He is also the Co-founder of Roomies, iPhone & Facebook utility app that helps roommates manage their shared expenses in an easy and interactive way. Previously, he worked with G.H.F Capital as a Day trader in future contract on EuroDollar & Euribor markets. He was Production manager (2005-2011) of a yearly international under water photo competition, held in Eilat (Israel) every year with awards worth than 80,000$. He has also served in Military in a special air force unit. At the end of the mandatory service he stayed for another seven months in his role as a team sergeant. Mickey volunteered as a Physical counselor in the non-profit organization Haharai, that prepare youth for the IDF. Mickey holds a bachelor’s degree from Technion IIT and an MBA degree from Tel-Aviv University. He is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Tel Aviv.
