Ahmed is the founder and CEO of Posterfolio, an online crowdfunding platform for healthcare research. Ahmed is also the treasurer and co-founder of EgyptNEGMA, a 501(c)(3) non- profit organization in the state of Massachusetts that supports social innovators and entrepreneurs who are working to solve some of Egypt's most significant challenges. Ahmed is currently doing his postdoctoral fellowship in the Cardiovascular Research Center at Harvard University/Massachusetts General Hospital. His research is focused on stem cell applications in Heart diseases and Diabetes. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Alexandria in Egypt. Ahmed is a member of several medical, business and social organizations in Egypt and the United States. He sits on a number of boardsluding as the past-chair of the Massachusetts General Postdoctoral Association, a co-vice president of the Harvard Consulting Club and the CEO of his family business in industry. Ahmed is passionate about bridging the gap between researchers and the public by simplifying the way scientists communicate and fund their ideas. Andy Pandharikar is the co-founder of Zmorph. Before founding Zmorph, he was software development manager at Cisco, where he led engineering teams working on emerging technologies for small/medium businesses and consumer markets. He was also the engineering council chair for Cisco-Stanford relations reporting to Cisco SVP Brett Galloway. Before joining Cisco, he was co-founder of Poseidon Technologies, for which he helped raise $2 million from prominent angel investors. Poseidon was named #3 in top 25 startups in India by SiliconIndia magazine in year 2001. He also co-chaired various entrepreneurship programs for TiE including Entrepreneur Bazaar and TiE50 Top-Startups. Andy was featured in the book “India in Diaspora”, along with CNN’s Fareed Zakaria and Dr. Sanjay Gupta. He has led teams of over 50 people in highly structured environments, and agile teams of five and fewer in his start-up, Connealy Insurance Agencies. As the founder of Connealy Insurance Agencies, Ben has researched, discovered, and implemented strategies aimed at improving customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. Connealy Insurance Agencies now has higher year-over-year customer retention than 93 percent of Agencies in Southern California. Ben has served as a guest speaker at multiple agency conferences in San Diego and Orange Counties and loves using what he’s learned to help others succeed. David Noonan David P. Noonan received the B.Eng degree in Mechatronics from Dublin City University, Dublin, Ireland in 2005 and the M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Research) from King’s College London, London, U.K., in 2006. He is currently working toward the Ph.D degree jointly at the Hamlyn Centre for Robotic Surgery and the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College London, London, U.K. He has worked as a member of research staff at Imperial since 2007. I manage all aspects of operations of Infomous, and am fully involved with all day-to-day activities, including managing the staff and overseas developers. My degree in Accounting, coupled with my work and management experience, gives me an excellent base to oversee operations and finance. In addition, I work side-by-side with the CEO on all aspects of the company’s strategy. Outside of work, I am an avid consumer of information about the NY Tech and Venture Capital scenes. I am also a big fan of philanthropic activities, especially those that support the development of young women. I, along with 500 other youth around the globe, in collaboration with the Office of the UN Special Envoy for Global Education, am trying to get every child into school by the end of 2015. Suneet Shah, Stealth mode company, Suneet Shah is currently working on building his first company at the YouWeb incubator. Suneet has always had a passion for building things. At age 13 he launched a video game site and turned it into a niche e-commerce site. After getting a degree in Computer Science from UC Berkeley, Suneet moved to Seattle to work as a Program Manager at Microsoft on the Visio team. There he defined the vision and designed numerous features for multiple releases of Visio, and other Microsoft Office products including SharePoint and Excel. After 4 years at Microsoft, Suneet moved back to the bay area to work as an entrepreneur in residence at YouWeb. In his spare time, you might find Suneet working on his car, playing a round of golf, running and swimming, skiing in Tahoe, or choreographing a dance routine for one of his friends’ weddings.
