Adam CompainMBA Class of 2014Stanford Graduate School of Business
Adam worked at Google for from 2008-2013 years. Prior to joining the company, he worked in Small Business Services, offering scalable service to the long tail of advertisers. He was appointed manager and co-lead a team dedicated to the highest potential growth accounts. On this team, he automated and operationalized revenue reporting and opportunity. identification, for which he was awarded a National Gold OSO Recognition Award. Concurrently, Adam founded the Apps for Edu team in New England, 'selling' Google's cloud computing solutions to local universities. He also worked with countless internal product teams on 50+ working ideas. For the past year he's been managing $40M in annualized ad spend for a book of financial service advertisers, offering consultative sales solutions across Search, Display, YouTube, Mobile and other channels. Previous to Google, he was an undergraduate at the University of Michigan, where he earned degrees in Organizational Studies (Innovation & Marketing Management) as well as Psychology. He was proud to be selected as the student speaker for the graduating Honors Convocation, and also received a $20,000 Scholars Award. At UM, he was active in a variety of campus organizations, including Vice President of a fraternity and President of the Ski Club. Before college in 2000, in his hometown of Ridgewood, NJ, he founded SENDcharity.org-- a non-profit dedicated to collecting and distributing used soccer equipment to less fortunate youths around the globe-- for which he received his county's Humanitarian Award. The program is still in existence today, having expanded in geography and scope, and having donated over 1000 of articles of equipment. Currently he is a MBA Candidate at Stanford graduate school of business in 2015.

Adam Kraft is the co-founder and CEO of GeoPollster. GeoPollster provides real-time location-based political polling. Adam’s passion for gamification and user experience helped GeoPollster become a favorite app for political junkies on Foursquare. After its initial launch, Business Insider called GeoPollster the most amusing app built on top of Foursquare weve seen yet. GeoPollster caught the attention of Canadian media giant Postmedia Network, who asked to partner up for the 2011 Canadian federal election. Adam worked directly with Postmedia's digital media team to launch GeoPollster Canada. The successful partnership helped Postmedia win a Gold for Best Use of Social Media at the annual Canadian Online Publishing Awards. He is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Chicago.

Arindam is the co-founder of Flixstreet, a social discovery and recommendation engine for Indian movies. While Flixstreet keeps him busy in the evenings and over the weekends, during the weekdays he indulges in helping travelers have the perfect trip at Tripadvisor where he is the Product Manager. In his past career, Arindam has worked at Fortune 500 companies like P&G and Avery Dennison, and also run his own start-up Greenhat Ventures, in the online education services space. He is a hands-on product guy and is knowledgeable about business operations and marketing. Arindam holds a bachelors and Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Class of 2011. A sports enthusiast and former athlete, he is a fan of Roger Federer and Usain Bolt. Arindam is a 2014 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Boston. Currently, he works as Director of Product at Flipkart in Bengaluru, India and also manages his startup Flixstreet.

Christopher Tsai, Founder, Careinnovators & Eventfizz
Christopher is a physician entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of two startups: EventFizz, an event media platform, and Careinnovators, a company focused on supporting the health care entrepreneurial community. In addition, Chris consults on product strategy and development for health IT startups in the Boston area. Previously he served as Director of Clinical Informatics at a genetic testing benefits management startup and a patient-registry company. Chris completed a joint Harvard-MIT biomedical informatics fellowship at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. He served as Chief Resident at U.C. San Diego’s preventive medicine residency program where he designed a patented mobile health application. Chris also trained in emergency medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He holds an MD and MPH from Columbia University and a BA in anthropology from U.C. Berkeley. Chris is a Fellow of the 2012 Startup Leadership Program.

Hariharan Rajagopalan is a passionate designer with the goal of creating nothing short of pixel perfect products. His passion began when he designed my Boy Scout Troop's website at age twelve where he continued on to become an Eagle Scout. At age fifteen, he designed and developed a video aggregator with social voting that reached over 1M+ page views/day, was featured twice on TC, mentioned on Forbes, and reached the Digg Effect. He sold the pet project within six months. He joined Santa Clara University's Web Design and Engineering Program during which time he became a Partner at an Incubator where he was mentored by one of the founders of Hotmail as well as other seasoned veterans. He is currently working on my second start up which aims to disrupt E-Commerce. They are currently a few skilled engineers at Santa Clara University advised by a former CIO of Visa, International and Doug Barry, an early investor into Pandora/BigFix. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Silicon Valley.

Jason Coppola has extensive experience with business management and development, as well as building and supporting innovative technology. He has a passion for designing and delivering great software and technical products. He has founded two start ups, is actively engaged in the Silicon Valley IT community, and also is the founder of an IT consultancy business, Infinity IQ. Jason currently applies more than 15 years of IT management experience to improving the business performance of Vetesi Law Office through process improvement and the use of technology. His areas of focus include strategic and technology planning, business process reviews, technology assessments, benchmarking, project management, technology implementations, and cost reduction initiatives. Jason also provides consulting and advisory services to small businesses in the tech startup community. His expertise involves business development, process and growth, as well as technical and architectural design and development. Jason has worked for Microsoft Corporation as both a full time employee and independent IT contractor. His duties covered database engineering and managing development teams in the Xbox division. Most recently, he provided services to The Boeing Company as a Senior IT Project Manager. Jason holds a B.A. from Skidmore College, has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and is a Certified Scrum Master. He is currently a Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Seattle.

Lakshmi began her career as a Graphic Artist and went on to do Marketing for both services and consumer companies like Kirkland & Ellis, Accenture and Kellogg’s. Lakshmi holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where she focused on Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She has a passion for interior design and is always the go-to person for friends and family with their home projects. She is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Chicago.

Lotika Pai is the founder and CEO of Q-it, a technology solution which enables parents to guide video consumption of young children by effortlessly bridging the gap between entertainment and education. Q-it helps parents and caregivers not only make better decisions about what media to show their children, but also provides them with an easy vocabulary to meaningfully engage with their child on content viewed. Prior to founding Q-it, Lotika has been an Investment Banker, a Management Consultant, an Engineer and a Programmer. She has a three year old son and is passionate about providing parents with the controls to shape their children’s education and entertainment in this prolific digital age. Lotika has a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Chicago Booth. She also serves on the City of Chicago’s Technology Diversity Council appointed by Mayor Rahm Emanuel. Luke Barrington, M.S. is a PhD candidate at the University of California San Diego. He received the BE (elec) degree from University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland in 2001 and MS degree from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 2004. He is about to complete his PhD thesis on "Machines that Understand Music," a dissertation on the intersection between music, signal processing, machine learning, data mining and distributed, online human computation. He is a co-founder of the UCSD Computer Audition Laboratory and of Music Search, Inc. As a member of the Valley of the Khans project, he traveled to Mongolia on a National Geographic expedition to search for the tomb of Genghis Khan. He is an avid musician and wails on the guitar.

For the past three-plus years Matt has been building a unique digital marketing and shopping solution that touches millions of customers each year and delivers millions of targeted promotions and messages to shoppers each month based on their purchase history and in-store behavior, rewarding their loyalty and offering them additional benefits for shopping with a specific retailer. In New England or Mid-Atlantic region, these solutions at Stop & Shop or Giant grocery stores, are known as Scan It and Order It. These solutions recently took home the Best Advertising/Customer Marketing Technology and Best Overall Solution awards at the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange Awards and helped Stop & Shop win industry awards including Grocery Headquarters Retailer of the Year and Aberdeen Research’s Best In-Store Customer Experience. In his current role, Matt has not only identified and designed revolutionary, data-driven methods for targeting specific customers with promotions, but also helped dozens of CPGs and agencies to refine their promotional programs for optimal results. He also advises AholdUSA, one of the top five grocery retailers in the country, on a number of CRM and customer-focused digital marketing initiatives as well as managing business analysts and a media operations team that is responsible for managing hundreds of campaigns across multiple digital touchpoints. Prior to his current position, he spent seven-plus years in the mobile space, helping Nokia and Sun Microsystems, as well as carrier partners including AT&T Wireless and Sprint, create a thriving ecosystem for application developers looking to bring their solutions to the masses on emerging platforms and technologies. His earlier work also includes a number of roles and responsibilities in the nascent Internet space of the late 1990s where he helped create multiple personalized web solutions as part of the market-leading Internet incubator CMGi.

Mike Miller, Founder, Socialete
Mike Miller founded Socialete, Inc. in May 2011 while working at Dean Foods, which was a 2011 MassChallenge semi-finalist and runner-up at the 2011 Lean Startup Challenge in Boston. He grew up in Vermont and began his professional career in the Hollingsworth & Vose Rotational Leadership Development Program, and worked at factories in Massachusetts, Georgia, Virginia and China on different processes and work environments, which developed his ability to improve new processes quickly and effectively. He is also a certified Lean Agent, Kaizen Facilitator, and Six Sigma Black Belt. He uses these skills in his current occupation as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Dean Foods (DF) for the largest and the most complex facilities in the company, and has resulted in millions in savings.
