Krishna is the founder of 11 Under LLC, a startup that offers easy-to-use video coaching and motion analysis software for smart phones. Krishna holds a PhD in computer science and has worked in various R&D roles in companies such as Citrix Online, Bell Labs and Microsoft Research. Krishna's area of expertise include computer networking, mobile computing and SaaS architecture. He is also the Founder/CEO of UberSense, Inc.

Prior to Describli, she worked as a freelancer in Event Planning & Production. She has also previously founded Moving Pieces, a relocation services company for individuals moving to the Washington DC area. She has also worked at Hagerty Consulting and the Corporate Executive Board. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psyschology from Georgetown University. She is 2015 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in the DC Chapter.
