Neju worked with over 25000 rural artisans working with the Ministry of Textiles Govt of India, organising women artisans into small business enterprises supplying to mainstream markets both nationally and internationally. Neju was the global consultant for Commonwealth Secretariat UK, Special Advisory Services Division and was instrumental in setting up the Global Natural Fibre Forum, an international network promoting the interests of small producers in the commonwealth countries.
