Yasser Ali is the Co-Founder and Director of Gourmet Gelato Company (which holds the brand Amore Gelato), a values-based premium Italian frozen dessert manufacturer and retailer. Prior to GGCPL, he founded RISE Foundation, a startup NGO focusing on Rebuilding dilapidated schools in India & providing supplementary curriculum to underprivileged students, where he served as Executive Director and Chairman. While studying at the University of California in Santa Barbara he also scooped ice cream at a local parlor, rehabilitated post operative patients at Alta Orthopedic & Physical Therapy and had his first venture as an entrepreneur when he decided to organize benefit concerts as an independent event manager.
