Prior to Innolat, he worked at ITM Group of Institutions as the Manager of Training and Placements. Tushar has also worked at SSIPMT Raipur and Tech Mahindra. He is an expert in Recruiting, Training an Team Management. He holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication and an MBA in Marketing. He is 2016 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Mumbai.
