Dhruv Sarin is the Founder of Know Your Vote, a non-partisan, non-profit organization that focuses on reducing voter apathy and empowering India's youth through its network of chars at colleges across the country, which promote political awareness and provide leadership training and mentorship programs to students. Know Your Vote has received seed funding from Ashoka Youth Venture and has been represented at Clinton Global Initiative University and DoSomething.org’s Bootcamp. In 2012, Dhruv completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with dual specializations in finance and entrepreneurship and a minor in economics from American University in Washington D.C. It was during his time in college that Dhruv discovered his zeal for entrepreneurship, starting Know Your Vote, co-founding two (not so successful!) tech companies, and working with three other start-ups.
