Barath Shankar Barath Shankar Subramanian currently works as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Frost & Sullivan in London. Prior to his MBA, Barath was a Senior Industry Analyst with Frost & Sullivan in USA tracking emerging trends in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. During his MBA, Barath worked with startup ideas in the renewable energy and financial services markets from Carnegie Mellon University and helped them take it to market. Barath interned with Accel Partners in an investment analysis role during his MBA. Most recently, Barath was named the Co-Program Leader for the Startup Leadership Program in London and selected as Fellow in the Class of 2012. Barath holds a Pharmacy (Honors) degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences (BITS), Pilani India and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University USA. His hobbies include trivia, quizzing, cricket, golf and traveling.

Krithika Radhakrishnan is CMO and Director at Cosine Labs, an AI and ML powered wireless open platform that understands human behaviour in order to create an elevated smart living experience. Krithika has also worked in Goldman Sachs as a VP in Operations and done Marketing for an e-commerce company. She is an expert in these fields. She holds a B.Sc degree in Zoology. She is also an artist and writer and runs her own art company called KritZane Kaleidescope where she creates customised pieces on order. She is passionate about traveling and recently acquired an advanced SCUBA certification and trekked to Base Camp, Mt. Everest, hence she cares about environmental sustainability. She is also quite passionate about women empowerment and writes on the subject, promotes and talks vocally about gender inequality whenever she has the chance.
