Annuraj Ennai, Founder & CEO, Mobiotics Anuraj Ennai is the co-founder and CEO of mobiotics, whose mission is to 'mobilimagineer our future' by defining integrative mobile experiences. Mobiotics has come up with a Social TV Platform, integrating TV viewing experience with mobile devices. Mobiotics is also working on a platform to integrate physical and mobile spaces for commercial applications. Prior to founding mobiotics , Anuraj was Principal Staff Researcher at Motorola Labs where he came up with many innovations in the field of mobile internet and mobile enterprise. He has filed several patents and his work on 'Mobile Service Oriented Architecture' earned him best paper award at IEEE Mobile Web Services Conference, 2008. Prior to his stint as a researcher, Anuraj worked as a Technical Marketer for Motorola and authored 22 J2ME specifications. Anuraj also worked as a Mobile Applications Architect and was responsible for the first MMS client on a 3G phone in 2003. Anuraj also worked in Wipro Technologies and Infosys for brief periods before his decade long stint at Motorola. Anuraj is an acknowledged expert in large scale distributed internet architectures and mobile application platform architectures and has several large scale platforms to his credit. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Kerala University, an MS in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology , Chicago and an executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Anuraj is an avid reader, a closet poet, a movie and music buff. He grew up reading Rilke, Kafka, dostoyevsky and listening to Bob Dylan, beatles and Queen and watching movies by Godard, Tarkovsky and Herzog and is deeply influenced by them . Arshya Lakshman Arshya Lakshman, CEO & Founder of futurON Ltd, chose to make a living out of her hobby – creativity for the corporate world. futurON does marketing and social media strategies for the tech world. Arshya’s keen interest in blending the best of the creative and corporate world, started due to her education in Visual Communications (Madras University) and Business Management (Strathclyde Business School). From being a part of the Tamil films industry to being associated with multinational brands (like Ingenico, BBC, BBDO, Tata, Sony) and startups, Arshya has worked with a variety of industries and organizational sizes leading branding, marketing, PR and social media campaigns. Arshya is a serial globetrotter, she has worked and travelled across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Her love for the creative art led her to become an actor for a multicultural theatre group in the UK and singing for a band in Scotland. Baskar Ceri is the founder of Apna Technologies & Solutions (ApnaTech), a company that makes Knowledge Engineering Products (KEPs) and systems, which improves safety and efficiency in Railway, Shipping and Energy Assets. Prior to rebooting ApnaTech in 2010 into a challenging products company that avoids train accidents, helps Officer on Watch in Ships to be alert, Baskar spent the initial years of ApnaTech in making it a great system company that built complex R&D systems as per customer requirements like Under Water Crawler that can mine sea beds upto 600m deep; Satellite Balancing Stand for Indian Space Agency, etc. Before founding ApnaTech, Baskar worked with National Instruments in Austin, US and later started National Instrument’s India operations. Following a Lean Startup methodology, Shoppers On is going to launch its MVP in the month of October. Swetansu Mohapatra, Co-Founder, Paceable Swetansu is the Co-Founder of Paceable, an email collaboration tool for teams. During his undergraduate he launched first startup FoodKhoj from dorm, which was incubated as a Startup Chile 4th Generation Company. Prior to that he started Fuzzy Angles to bootstrap and fund FoodKhoj. He is also the strategist at AlphaBeta Labs, the company that own FoodKhoj.
