Abdulla Hisham is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Foradian Technologies, a Bangalore-based company that builds innovative web applications for education domain. Foradian successfully initiated and implemented Fedena in all the 15,000 schools of Kerala, India in collaboration with Government of Kerala, which is one of the largest deployment of open source software of its kind in the world.Hisham played a crucial role in growing Foradian from a small town startup to a profitable technology company and helped in winning prestigious awards like MIT TR35, Edustars and A League of 10 in NASSCOM Emerge 50 for innovation in education. Foradian was honored by Education Minister, Kerala for the achievements in Education sector and featured in CNBC TV18 Young Turks. He mentors various other product startups from India. Hisham was invited as speaker for various international conferences like International FOSS Conference India, Indiana LinuxFest USA etc. He was also a speaker for the TedxKids@cubbonpark. Before starting Foradian Technologies, Hisham worked as a control system and automation engineer and lead the famous automation project of the largest University in Middle East. Hisham is a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kannur University, India.He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Bangalore.

Abhishek Patil is the Founder & CEO of Oliveboard, an adaptive learning platform with a vision to personalize education. Despite having a diverse set of family business options to choose from, he decided to launch Oliveboard to pursue his desire of using technology and data to solve a problem. Within a month of launching in Aug 2012, Oliveboard was selected as one of the top education startups in India by Edustars and Yourstory.
Prior to Oliveboard, Abhishek was the Head of New Markets at Inmobi where he was instrumental in expanding Inmobiâs presence across Japan, Korea, China, W. Europe and Australia. He was recognized for his outstanding contribution to Inmobiâs international growth by the CEO and the Co-founders. He has been a part of small businesses all through with diverse experience in hospitality, manufacturing, gold trading and movie making. His movie also won the State award for Best Film in 2006. Abhishek completed his MBA from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time, he likes to play chess and was the captain of his college chess team. He loves traveling to and exploring new places while meeting people of different cultures. He is a 2013 Fellow at the Startup Leadership Program in Bangalore.

Adarsh Natarajan is the Founder & CEO of Aindra Systems, a company whose vision is to use Artificial Intelligence to solve huge problems in the society at large. This, he believes, is his way of giving back to the society, through a successful ‘for-profit’ Business Enterprise. Aindra Systems, has provided an innovative solution in the Education space to plug subsidy leakage in aid-linked schools. He is now pursuing using the core technical component in the MedTech sector to address a problem that is huge in its societal impact. Prior to starting up, he worked for over 10 years in the IT industry in various companies and roles. Starting as a techie and progressing in the typical growth path for all techies, he realized that this was not what he wanted to do in life. His interest in Business drove him to transition into Business Development for a large IT services company where he cracked several multi-million dollar deals in Europe. His restlessness also drove him to do an MBA in IIM Bangalore, after which, he decided his life’s calling was being an Entrepreneur. In the period after his graduation in Mid-2011 and prior to starting Aindra Systems in early 2012, he dabbled in Management & Business Consulting for very early stage startups and a startup in the mobility enterprise space, which had to be wound up due to co-founder conflicts. He is an avid reader whose interests range from Management and Business to Fiction. He is an outdoor person who loves to travel and experience new cultures, trek, hike, play football and badminton.
