Dinesh Juneja is the Managing Director of Emporio Marketing, a marketing solutions provider that helps brands grow their influence using a mix of Design, Marketing & Technology. Prior to Emporio Marketing, he worked on his own startup, Creativa India, a digital marketing and on-ground advertising agency with core competencies into social media marketing. Dinesh was the founder of the Entrepreneurship Cell at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He is an expert in Social Media Marketing, Advertising and Business Development. He holds a degree in Marketing. He is a 2016 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New Delhi.

Nitin is the Resident ChaiWallah/Co-founder of the creative enterprise 'the Mannequins', his second startup after a small exit. Functioning as a not-for-profit organisation, the Mannequins project is a bootstrapped venture promoting young and amateur talent in the field of theatre, music, photography and arts for socially relevant causes. In recent past its fellow cohorts have taken up projects addressing issues like child labor, healthcare, human trafficking, unemployment and lack of primary education, raising $0.5M charity till date and created award winning entertainment properties in theatre plays, short films and music concerts. Nitin is also an Organizer/Volunteer with the StartupWeekend (UP Global) initiative and in his free time consults early stage startups on marketing, data analytics, branding and market research. He holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from R.V.College of Engineering (Bangalore) and has worked with/at Teach For India, Indian Space Research Organization,Times of India, Google, ZS Associates and Wize Commerce in various part-time/full time capacities. He is 2014 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Delhi.

A mechanical engineer by profession, she started her career in automotive field. After working for nearing 7 years at Maruti Suzuki – India’s biggest passenger car company – she co-founded a venture with her entrepreneur husband Arpit Chhabra. Sparrow Devices has been started in 2012 with a vision to take India to New Age OOH Advertising. She started and headed Environment regulation group at Maruti. She has authored two international papers in field of Environment (Automobiles), published under SAE International. She is a 2013 fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New Delhi.
