Samay Kohli is the CEO of Grey Orange Robotics (GOR) Pvt. Ltd., a startup that is revolutionizing the warehouse automation industry in India. Prior to GOR, he founded Team AcYut that created India’s first humanoid robot and won the country’s first ever medal at the 2009 Robo Olympics (San Francisco). He has travelled extensively and has delivered several keynote speeches at premier universities such as Carnegie Mellon University, Stanford University and business forums such as NASSCOM. He is passionate about teaching, and occasionally conducts workshops for students to ignite passion for Robotics. Samay was awarded BITS Alumni Association’s 30 Under 30 Award for his leadership impact across the globe. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani. Samay is passionate about solving the technological problems that prevent India from growing rapidly. He is a 2013 fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New Delhi.
