Dhaval is the founder of nGShelter, an affordable and reliable Smart Home automation solution provider. Prior to nGShelter, he worked at FIS (sungard) and other MNCs, where he was mainly working as software developer using latest web technologies. Dhaval has also worked at small to medium level organisations. He is an expert in Microsoft technologies and Agile software development practices. He holds a degree in B.sc. (Chemistry) and MCA. Dhaval was awarded with Gold medal in MCA. Dhaval is also passionate about converting home and building into smart one using latest technologies like IoT. Nitin is the founder of NavStik Autonomous Systems, a R&D lab working on development of technologies to power next generation of intelligent, autonomous mobile robots, with a particular focus on aerial robots. Nitin graduated from IIT-Bombay in 2004 with B.Tech and M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering. He then received MS in Aerospace Engineering from University of Maryland, USA, where he conducted research in the area of control and automation of MAVs (micro aerial vehicles). He later worked for a couple of startups, and for Samsung Electronics, before turning into a technopreneur. He has published over a dozen technical papers on topics related to modeling, simulation, control and automation of aerospace and unmanned systems. Nitin has been an aeromodeling and robotics enthusiast. Besides making good use of computational tools for his research, Nitin loves playing with electronics. He is 2013-14 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program of Pune.

Prasad S Naik is the co-founder of Tinkerkraft, an artificial intelligence lab helping businesses to leverage the power of AI. Prior to Tinkerkraft, he worked at Tesco, where he headed Tesco's Innovation Labs in Bangalore. Prasad has close to 20 years of experience and is an expert in AI, technology and how to deliver impact with small teams. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from IIT Bombay. He is a huge fan of cricket, not watching as much as playing. Prasad is passionate about problem solving and is domain agnostic in pursuing high impact challenging problems. He is a 2019 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Pune.

My background includes exciting roles in developing the BlackBerry Internet Service at Research in Motion (Seattle), founding a co-translation service for digital content, founding india's first movie-tickets service- BookEazy.com and creating a fast-growing, volunteer-driven, hub for startups in Pune. I specialize in co-leadership roles in startup go-to-market, product, customer communication, putting together talented founding teams and strong investor relationships. I hold a MS in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology with my graduating thesis in Applied Data Mining, and a BE in Computer Engineering.
