Dmitry Koltunov Sectors: Financial Technology, Hedge Funds Dmitry Koltunov, CFA is Partner and CTO at Novus, a fast growing SaaS Startup in Finance. Novus leverages the latest advances in cloud computing and functional programming to provide a comprehensive portfolio management platform for Hedge Funds and their Investors. Prior to Novus, Dmitry served as SVP of Front Office Development at Highbridge Capital Management, a global multi-strategy Hedge Fund owned by JP Morgan. Combining his passion for Finance and Economics, Dmitry drove the development of proprietary software for Trading, Risk, Quantitative Portfolio Construction, and Portfolio Management. Dmitry’s most notable achievement at Highbridge was leading the development of the firm’s multi-asset-class Global Trading System which has process over $70bn to date. Dmitry has published on Trading System Development and spoke on Expert panels at Industry conferences. Prior to Highbridge, Dmitry was an Associate at Morgan Stanley where he graduated the Analyst Training Program in 2003. At Morgan Stanley, Dmitry developed the Computation Engine for Modelware, an in-house startup offering Equity Research Analytics to Hedge Funds clients. Dmitry holds a BSE in Computer Science and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Class of 2003, and received the CFA Charter in 2007. Dmitry is a snowboarding enthusiast and an avid lover of the independent music. He has been playing the guitar for 16 years, and writes original music that he occasionally showcases at NYC Venues. He is a 2012 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New York.

Shaun So, Co-Founder & CEO, Cubby Inc. Shaun is the founder and CEO of Cubby, a urban logistics company where New York City travellers can drop off their bags for a short amount of time and have it couriered back to them wherever they are. Before making the switch to the entrepreneurial word, Shaun worked for the U.S. Defense Department as an Intelligence Officer. He formally served under the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff as a policy analyst before enlisting in the Army Reserves in the Military Intelligence Corps in 2003. He served in Afghanistan in 2005 and has over nine years of experience as a counter-terrorism and intelligence professional in both civilian and military capacities. Shaun has his BA from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business, Honors Program. Shaun is an outdoor enthusiast and when not hustling his start-up, he can often be found somewhere on the world’s mountain ranges. Shaun is a 2012 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New York.
