Brian is currently a founder and principal at Elm City Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring multifamily properties and delivering financial, social and environmental returns to our investors. Prior to this Brian was a partner with Winning Strategies ITS, a start-up new media and IT services firm, Brian was responsible for bringing in new business, building business processes and managing marketing accounts for the State of New Jersey, Greenhill & Co. and Lebhar Friedman. Prior to Winning Strategies ITS, Brian served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Bulgaria developing private-public partnerships in the social enterprise space, founded HybriNet Inc, a start-up software company and was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brian is the founder and Chairman of Areté Youth Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization supporting leadership development in the Balkans. He graduated from The College of New Jersey in Accounting and has an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

She is also a seasoned real estate investor, having bought, renovated and sold real estate internationally. Shelli is listed as one of the Top 10 female startup entrepreneurs in Australia and holds a degree in neuroscience from The University of Melbourne.
