Kshitij YadavSenior Hardware Engineer Qualcomm
Kshitij Yadav is the co-founder of Udacomm Inc., which is an early-stage hardware startup working towards commercializing through-air wireless communication using ultrasound. Prior to starting Udacomm, he did his PhD. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University; Udacomm is inspired from the work done for his thesis. He was the leader on the team that won the $100K first prize in the Interdigital Wireless Innovation Challenge and is currently a Principal Investigator on a $150K small-business grant by National Science Foundation (NSF).
He specializes in IC (Integrated Circuit) design and has done summer internships at Linear Technology, MA and at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs., NJ. He has further been a visiting scholar at University of California, Santa Cruz and at Texas A & M University. In his spare time, he likes reading organizational psychology, in which he earned a minor during his PhD. He is a 2013 fellow in the Startup Leader Program at New York City.
