Shastri Mahadeo is the Co-Founder & CEO of Union Crate, a cloud-based foodservice operation system. He is also the Founder of Bare Tea Company, which sells Organic Specialty Tea and Matcha designed for the everyday consumer. He has previously founded the Big Bites Restaurant & Aura Nightclub and Restaurant. Shastri has also worked at The Zahn Innovation Center. He is an expert in Marketing Strategy and Brand Development. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management. Shastri is passionate about significantly reducing food waste by 2020 using his cloud-based foodservice operating system, Union Crate. He is 2015 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New York.
