Dana Hork is the Founder and CEO of REFINE, an e-commerce basic apparel brand for women. REFINE designs, manufactures, and sells classic styles and essential colors of tees and tanks for women. The company is proudly based in New York City. Prior to REFINE, Dana was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan. She also has experience developing marketing programs in the beverages division of PepsiCo as well as launching the customer segmentation initiative for Bonobos, the largest internet-launched men’s apparel brand in the United States. Dana is also the Founder and CEO of Change for Change, a national non-profit organization that mobilizes young adults to fundraise for local charities via small contributions. Dana holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from Columbia University, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude, where she served as student body president. Dana is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New York, as well as a member of the First Growth Venture Network.

Dave Goodsmith is the founder and CEO of Scale Analytics, a technology firm that is engineering the new foundation of phone-based international banking and identity verification. Goodsmith is a published expert in the intersection of business and neuroscience and has worked at "Quant" hedge fund D.E. Shaw and in neuroeconomics at Columbia University. Goodsmith applies his passion for data-driven global justice through lobbying, and was instrumental in the introduction of the U.S. Senate Global Fund for Education bill (S3797). He is also the Secretary and Treasurer of Incentives for Global Health and has founded a number of globally-focused non-profits. When not floating backwards down the East River on his folding kayak, he can be found playing clarinet in NYC's subways. He holds a Masters in Statistics from the City University of New York and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Harvard College. He is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New York City.

Kelechi is a savvy marketer who is using her passion for entrepreneurship to solve problems. She has worked on a number of startup ideas ranging from a website geared towards young professionals to a fitness business that brought exercise into the workplace. More recently, Kelechi spent her summer interning as a Product Marketer at IT monitoring company Datadog, where she authored case studies and whitepapers to help boost traffic by more than 50% in two months. Kelechi graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Economics and will finish her studies at Columbia Business School in 2014. She is a 2014 fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New York.

Tiffany Pham is an award-winning producer, media executive, and arts philanthropist. She recently co-produced the hit feature film GIRLFRIEND, which was called "the most important film" at Toronto International Film Festival by The Boston Globe. Recipient of the prestigious 2011 Gotham Film Audience Award, GIRLFRIEND was subsequently released theatrically, on DVD, and VOD across 90 million households -- a process which Pham directly oversaw. Pham also helped produce the award-winning film CHILD 31, featuring Gerard Butler, which was publicly endorsed by former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown and superstar singer Annie Lennox. She is next producing the films LAND OF ENCHANTMENT, starring Golden Globe nominee Patricia Arquette, and THE MEANING OF NIGHT, based on the best-selling British book. Pham previously worked in M&A Investment Banking on Wall Street and has since led strategic initiatives at CBS, HBO, and served as an advisor to Universal Pictures and BBC. Currently, Pham serves on the Business Committee of the New York City Ballet and on the boards for No Limits Media and Space on Ryder Farm. She received a BA with Distinction in International Studies and Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
